Wow, the last 18 months or so have certainly been a rollercoaster, especially for the hospitality and travel sector. Unprecedented in so many ways, and you like me probably thought it was a flash in the pan scenario, a thing that would be done and dusted in a couple of months. A hullabaloo about nothing, all blown way out of proportion.
How wrong we were.
Well the good news is, we’re back. At least at the San Antonio Resort and Spa in Malta we are.
So, if you’re desperately biting at the bit to get back into the swing of things, to begin rebuilding your bank balance and getting the wheels back on your bus read on, don’t think about it, just get in touch.

We open the doors to our fantastic resort for new prospective customers again on the 1st September. Better than ever before and raring to go. As a result, we have opportunities for experienced Holiday Ownership Sales Professionals.
Whether you are a front-end Liner/Sales Rep or an experienced Manager/TO and back end closer, we would love to have a chat with you.
Our office is based on-site and poolside at the San Antonio Resort & Spa in the beautiful St Pauls Bay area of Malta. You will be working with an eclectic team with a great attitude and a strong sense of camaraderie. Our sales deck is visually stunning and overlooks the main pool area at the heart of the resort; it truly has the ‘WOW’ factor.

It helps if you enjoy good-humoured banter after all this is a sales environment.

Our members visit their home resort on a Half-Board + (unlimited beer and wine with evening meals) package. They can choose from 5 fabulous restaurants ranging from Indian/Moroccan, Asia Fusion and of course the traditional Mediterranean option for their evening meals. All the restaurants have been designed to offer unique dining experiences and 2 have exquisite rooftop settings. Essentially our members enjoy sumptuous mouth-watering dishes with views that are second to none.

Alternatively, you may be in the UK or elsewhere in Europe and nurse a desire to try a different way of life.

The environment is, of course, competitive, everyone wants to be awarded Sales Representative of the Month and it’s never a walkover. The banter is fast-paced and fun and of course spills over warmly into the lively social scene that the team enjoys. The coveted Sales Representative of the year is even more fiercely contested and not just for the bragging rights that come with it. Achievement is rewarded financially of course, but let’s be honest, it’s the peer recognition that we all really aspire towards, isn’t it?

Ideally, we are looking to introduce 5-6 new consultants to the business during the 1st week in January. Where required accommodation will be provided for the first 4 weeks, flights will be reimbursed subject to completing the training process successfully and a subsistence allowance paid.

Some of us worked during those lonely hours between Xmas and New Year. As one particular day dragged on remorselessly, my colleague and I started to think about alcohol. Questions reverberated between us, who has some?
Where is it stashed?
What are we desperate enough to drink?
Then we had a power cut. Malta seems to be having a lot of those lately. So, out of a sense of desperation, I went hunting for liquor.
The fridge had a couple of cans of Malta’s favourite lager, Cisk. But sitting in the dark and shivering over a cold can of lager didn’t really float our boat.
So, off I stalked with a mission in mind; I had an idea! There in the bottom of an old disused drawer in a desk that used to belong to a former colleague nestled a half bottle of Akashi Single Malt. Wow, was I delighted with that little find.
But, then it got better. Underneath lay two rare gems, things that are extremely hard to come by and far more valuable than a half bottle of good Japanese Whisky…
Glinting of their own volition, like polished diamonds in the recesses of that drawer were 2 pristine, blank OPC Licences. If you know how hard they are to come by, then you’ll know how excited I was to find them.
I felt like the timeshare equivalent of Indiana Jones.
To cut a long story short, we’re hiring. We have 2 additional licences for Maltese OPC’s. Which is very fortuitous as we have just grown our sales line to 15 and intend to add a couple more?
As anyone with experience knows, this is a numbers game. More Liners means we need more prospects and we can only achieve that goal with more OPC’s.
